On June 17, Quaker Oats announced that they will be rebranding Aunt Jemima, one of their longtime breakfast brands. Rooted in racism and Jim Crow era laws, Aunt Jemima dates back to 1889 and is long overdue for a rebrand. Quaker Oats has several other brands that are also in the process of being rebranded.
